Principles
What thirty years have taught us.
-
1
Survey first
Every design starts on site, with the floor plan and how you live or work.
-
2
Proven hardware
We test new equipment continually and install only what earns its place.
-
3
Installed properly
Placement, mounting and wiring decide whether a system lasts.
-
4
Built to grow
Sized for today, with capacity for the technology that comes next.
-
5
One relationship
You speak to people who know your system and how it went in.
The field, then and now
The technology changed. The fundamentals did not.
Over three decades the industry moved from copper lines and analog tape to cellular radios, IP video and apps. We installed every generation and kept what worked.
Wired panels and keypads
Hardwired alarm panels, keypads and phone-line dialers. Systems were judged by how well they were installed, and the best of them are still running.

Everything on the phone
Smart locks, thermostats and Control4 put the whole house in an app. Copper lines began to disappear, and monitored systems moved to cellular radio.
